I wonder if there's a way to rig that switch to make it a power lock switch instead of window shutoff. That would be useful.

When i bought my car (used), the passenger window wouldnt roll up either. It also didnt have a switch. I bought the switch and plugged it in...still doesnt work. Till this day my passenger window doesnt roll down. Im in the same boat. I took the door panel's off messed around and couldnt figure it out. It seems like i might be missing something to plug another wire in.

Whats your problem?

Welcome to the dumbass club. I'm the president.

I did exactly what you did....except in worse circumstances.

I arrive at my destination with a friend, we had the windows DOWN. I park the car, and proceed to try and close the windows. Mine rolls up, his doesn't.

It then proceeds to pour like crazy. I'm on my knees, getting soaked, pulling fuses and pulling my hair. Finally after like 30 minutes, I remembered to see if I had hit that switch....I did.

The first day I had my S2000, the passenger window didn't go down or up.

So, I took apart nearly the entire passenger door trying to fix it. I removed pretty much EVERYTHING out of said door.

I felt so stupid, too.

Similarly, if you remove the center console, your emergency flashers, power top, and something with the e-brake have plugs there. 2 of them are interchangable. I was working on my stereo one time and couldn't figure out why my top wouldn't go down, everything was plugged in... at least some where!

resurrecting this, to laugh at myself. I've not driven the car for the last 4 years. Guess what happened? And, I was sure I checked that switch too.
Thanks S2KI
