Looks nice, I personally prefer the hidden style though...

This doesn't look like such a great solution to me. Why would you do this if you then need to mount your headunit on top of the dash, or in some inaccessable location? If you could manipulate audio controls by touching the screen, and mount a cd changer in the trunk, NOW that would be nice!

I agree...that's not even a touch screen, must be fun if you hook up gps trying to enter an address.

I'll stick with my solution, especially now that it's motorized...

I'm sure if you asked this guy he'd price it out for you w/ a touch screen instead...

personally I think it looks awesome!

I'm just not understanding the whole DVD player inside the 2-door car thing. You guys really watch movies going down the road, or do you just chill out in your car all the time?

Okay for large passenger vehicles I understand, like for the kids on long trips, but other than for use as a navigation system, I don't understand the need for a monitor.

Four reasons I have mine.

1. Bling
2. My daughter rides with me and likes movies when she's not yelling at the other drivers.
3. I live on an island. If I want to get somewhere I have to take a ferry boat ride and I like to be entertained while I sit in my vehicle for 35-60 minutes.
4. The screen is also my GPS NAVI.

Not really an issue, the remote is very intuitive and I have the OEM dash control rewired to run my NAV/DVD
