And i have also found a few websites where you can order flashpro for the s2000. And It says 04-08 usdm models with ecu code of pzx-a04 through pzx-a21. Mine is pzx-z05.
Check those last 3 digits on your Ecu again. It say A04-A21

Yours is Z05. Different ecu

It won't work

If there was a snowball's chance in Hell that the FlashPro did work on your '04, then I think that would provide a good upgrade path for AP1 owners. From what I recall, the AP2 V1 ECU will work with AP1's.

Godd luck!

We have updated the web site to correctly reflect the part numbers as the FlashPro will not work on a non drive by wire S2000.

Here is the reason for the mistaken part numbers. The web site mistakenly listed the software versions supported not the part numbers. Software version PZX-A04 is not found in the ECU of part number PZX-A04 (an 04-05 S2000). Software version PZX-A04 is found in ECU part number PZX-A07 which is from an 06 S2000. Confused? We were.

You should get a refund if they told you it would work. To us, it's obvious it doesn't. But doesn't change the fact that whoever you spoke to gave you bad info.
