The pinout you posted is for the stock ecu/plugs. You need the pinout for the Haltech ecu.

I'm not familiar with the Haltech S2000 pnp connector, but I'm assuming the plug on the ECU side has a couple free/unused pins. Check out what those free pins are. If one of them is an an "AVI", then simply pin your signal wire in the connector. Then, splice the harness to get your power and ground. Add your 1k pullup resistor, then run your 2 wires to the sensor.
The Haltech pro plug in comes with a rear aux connector which has the spare inputs and outputs. They don't use any pins off the stock ecu plugs like AEM does.
