aem ems v2

i noticed when i start my car the temp gauge rises to full temp within a few seconds, any1 else experiencing this???

Temps dinlfinitely rise faster compared to the oem ecu. I wouldn't consider it a bad thing. Others have thought it to be more accurate than stock. I have no personal proof of that claim, but I feel like I somewhat agree.

ok i just want to make sure if i have an overheating issue that itll be telling me just that lol

which aem ecu are you using? the software on the series 1 ecu has the wrong voltage settings for the stock iat and ect sensors. it'll cause the sensors to read off.

I hooked up my lap top to the Ecu when I started it up and it doesn't climb any faster than usual it just the gauge jumps up quicker letting you know your at safe operating temps. Do you notice that after it heats up to that it will drop 1 bar when you start driving?

^^ that makes perfect sense, and yes as soon as i start driving it does drop a bar..
