AEM INFINITY lambda loop settings
Would like to compare lambda control feedback specifically the PID closed loop settings. If i enable lambda feedback control the feedback is fine full and midthrottle. At idle however the stock settings included in the AEM basemap cause my lambda to oscilate alot making the car surge at idle. Anyone care to share their lambda control feedback settings atleast for idle?
If I were you, I'd turn feedback off and stay in open loop to dial in a stable AFR & idle using your main table.
Pay extra attention to Idle Feedback talk during the Part 2 video, so items such as:
1) Idle FB Deadband + and -
2) P, I & D Gain
a. See if your Idle Integral Gain (Video2 10:15min mark) is set too high or too low. If too high you'll have Infinity constantly overshooting and has to correct multiple times.
