I replaced with ap2 retainers and keepers. .007 in on intake side and .009 on exhaust side. Car cranks normally but won’t turn over. Timing marks on the cam gears were as straight as i could get them. Not sure where it went wrong.

 

Tried swapping cam sensors connectors ?

 

is that’s safe to do? I’ve never heard of that technique

 

So I’m not getting any spark. Not sure where to go from there. Checked all relays and fuses car is from 2001

 

Was suggesting you may have plugged cam sensors wrong.<inlet & outlet>so try swapping.

 

Double check your timing marks, take a picture if you are unsure.
