there is no need to calibrate these.. if they start reading "off" they should be replaced, not re calibrated.

There is a resistor built into the connector on the wideband, this is set so that each sensor works exactly the same. You dont see OEM's that use these sensors re calibrating sensors, why should you be required to do so for a gauge?

Here's a video that shows how to test your sensor.

How can I get this sensor to work with the AEM EMS? It is not the same pin outs as the s2K o2 sensor. I bought want and want to install it, but need to figure that out without having to make my own wiring harness.

You need the aem uego gauge or the inline uego. It has the controller electronics. That bosch sensor does not plug into the stock harness.

So does this really work? I might need a new one and this is half the cost...

So I did this test on my sensor and it goes full rich and stays full rich and when I take it out of a rag sprayed with brake fluid it goes full lean and stays lean. At full rich my volt meter was reading like 110.3 mV and AEMpro was seeing 0.10 in the O2 #1 Volt. At full lean it was putting out 4.something and in AEMpro the O2 #1 volt was within 0.02

This being said my tuner thinks its reading off, is there other ways to test the sensor?

I went ahead and bought a Bosch 17014 (from amazon) which from the reviews was the correct replacement. However when I attempted to test its rich reading I couldn't get it to read lower than 10.6 and it would not stay rich even in a freshly sprayed rag. It would immediately start to climb back to lean making think this new sensor is defective. Any ideas? thanks!
