The damn 2nd O2 Sensor

First, sorry for the dumb question! My 2nd O2 is turned off via my FlashPro and my new Asura resonated tp has two "miss directed" bungs so I was wondering, can I just pull the sensor and harness altogether or will that cause the ecu to throw a tantrum?
