what's up everyone just wondering if someone knows were I can download the support tool for ultimate, and do I need the 9 pin serial to usb cable to connect to it or my regular emanage cable work. Thanks in advance

 

You'll need an A-to-B USB cable. Many printers use this type of USB cable.

I believe the first file is a full install of the support tool and firmware. The second file is the latest update for both the software and firmware. Install the first file, then update to the latest version using the second link.

The emanage software is the support tool. What exactly are you trying to do? Are you able to get the emange software to recognize the EMU?

 

Yea iam able to conect to the emu,, iam new to the emange i thought that the emanage software and support tool were 2 difrent programs
