did hondata remove the option to adjust the fan control of the new verision of Flashpro manager?

What version do you have?

I still have access to it in the "Misc" section of the Calibration tab.

i am using 1.1.8.5. nothing about fan control below...

That is because you are using it on a EURO S2000.. the US/Canada units have access to fan control.

Nope nothing there. newest version...went away after uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

yeah that sucks!! That was a good feature to have...You wouldnt have to buy those "lower fan switches"
