Not sure what model year you have but it can only be used for 06 - 09 ap2. 2nd of all, the flash pro is not an ECU; you use it to "flash" or program the stock ECU. The AEM ECU is a totally separate ECU from stock, but you will have more options to control/program. Most people use the AEM ECU or another standalone when they turbocharge a car because they cannot use he stock ECU anymore. U can still get away with using the stock ECU when u supercharge but only at low boost.

If you have an 06+ s2000 and use anything but flashpro, you are wasting money and ease of operation.

Unless you have plans for nitrous, or something really exotic, li,ke transplaniting a DBW F22 into a different vehicle, then FlashPro is the best way to go.
