Default FlashPro O2 cat delete

I'm running a test pipe and I have the box for the secondary O2 unchecked in my map and now I'm getting a P2A00 code (O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance).

I'm running the base tuned map with vtec down to 5600, rpm at 8400 and the check box for VSA and secondary O2 unchecked.

Any ideas what could cause this? I was getting the regular O2 secondary cel (Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold) before the flash but now it's different.

The car is stock other than the flashpro and test pipe.

Thanks
Mac

Update 2-8-10
Ok, there is an official TSB for this but I have yet to get my hands on a copy of it.

For those not wanting to take their car to the dealer for certain reasons. The FlashPro has the updated map from Honda in the latest ver. of the FlashPro software.
You can replace the primary O2 and update your map if it isn't already updated

Update 3-11-10
I replaced my 02 sensor and have driven about 40 miles with no cel and by the way the car is running now, I won't get it either. The car runs without any weird surges.

Update 4-16-10
Still no cel and the car runs great.

Make sure there are no air leaks upstream of the o2 sensor in the exhaust system.

We'll try this out on our S2000 in the next day or so.

Do you have the secondary o2 sensor present, or has it been removed?

The secondary O2 is present and I do have a small exhaust leak at the donut.
The exhaust leak is getting smaller as the cheap flange wears in to the donut gasket, I don't drive my car much and have had the test pipe on the car 2 weeks prior to the FlashPro. The exhaust leak was really bad at first and it started to slowly go away and that's why I haven't addressed it.

Yes, I have the 2nd 02 sensor. I'll check for leaks in the next day or so. I just had my car tuned 11/13/2009 so I'll check the 02 sensors too.

Thanks, Brian

We've run our car through two driving cycles so far.

How long did it take for the MIL to come on?

Yesterday I drove about 70 miles before it came on but I've also had it come on in like 5-10 miles.
My exhaust leak now is very small, could it still be that?

My CEL used to come on at around every +/-150miles between resets. Now I will guess at between 35-75miles or so...I do notice that it does come on noticeably sooner than before.
