.6 was a released version, but it seems that the bug was in some of the beta versions without being noticed.

I've had the same CEL come up in my S2000 and we confirmed today that it was due to a bad Primary o2 Sensor.

Just FYI, Honda has a TSB out for this code.

January 27, 2007

MIL Is On With DTC P1172 or P2AOO

SYMPTOM

The MIL is on with PGM-FI DTC P1172 (air fuel sensor [sensor 1] circuit out of range, high) and/or P2A00 (air fuel sensor [sensor 1] circuit range/performance problem).

PROBABLE CAUSE

The air/fuel sensor is damaged by moisture in the exhaust system during engine warm up.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

Use the HDS to update the ECM/PCM PGM-FI software. Replace the air/fuel sensor.

PARTS INFORMATION

Air/Fuel Sensor:

S2000:P/N 36531-PZX-003, H/C 8199630

Mine has been throwing that code quite a bit lately, random reasons... took it to my Honda shop today and they are replacing it tomorrow.

^ That's a bummer and a very fluke thing. I'm going to put my cat back in before replacing the O2 just to be sure.
So does Hondata have the update yet? I'm guessing a newer map?

Thanks for the info

I've got a basically stock 06 with only a KN FPIK. Ever since I installed the flash pro, I've been getting the P2A00 cel constantly. It only takes about 40 miles.

I'm currently trying the stock equivalent tune to see if it fixes it. The cel appears with the "tuned" tune and the Injen tune.

I have a hard time believing that the CEL is from a bad O2 considering the car was fine for 34,000 miles prior to the flash pro.

After picking up the car from tuning I drove 200 miles home, no CEL. Drove 40 miles to a friends house, no CEL. Picked him up and drove 2 miles, CEL came on. After that, within 5 miles of clearing it the P2A00 came back on.

Friday I had my CEL cleared and the o2 Sensor replaced.
*knocks on wood*
So far 80 miles with no CEL.

Please keep us updated. I'll be sure to post when I pop a CEL with the stock equivalent tune. GOOD LUCK
