Default Getting Tuned! Nov 8th!

Are there any headaches that come along with tuning. I am going to be tuning on the Haltech Pro Plug in. I just wanted to hear from the ones that have tuned their car. How was your experience? Big/small differnece? Im hoping that when its all said and done I'll have a reliable DD that makes decent power.

Love the avatar!!

I'm on the FlashPro, but the results probably should be similar. The biggest difference I notice is in the driveablity, smoothness, and response. I did pick up some torque in the midrange, and that never hurts.

I did not seem to gain a ton of HP, but the difference in driveablity is very pronounced.

Hope your results are as good.

I don't yet have an S, but I know after I tuned my Starion it was a night and day difference in performance, as well as gas mileage. A tune is always worth it.

subscribed. How does the Haltech platinium series compare vs AEM EMS v2? Are they virtually the same or is one better than the other in some areas?

Im using the Pro Plug In. This is a new unit from Haltech specifically made for the S2000. This plugs in directly to the factory harness and retains use of all sensors and gauges. Im not sure how it compares to the AEM other than its chaeper 1400 or so for AEM 1282 for the Haltech.
