I just bought a new Flashpro and I'm trying to install it on my laptop. Already installed FlashPro manager. When I connect the unit via the USB cable to the computer, the new hardware window doesn't come up. After probing, I get the following message: Flashpro doesn't have a driver. I already tried deleting and reinstalling the "manager" from the CD. In the devices window, it shows the Flashpro but says it needs troubleshooting. When I troubleshoot, that's when I get the message that it doesn't have a driver. I tried downloading the manager software from the Hondata site and that didn't solve the problem. I would try calling Hondata but I don't think anyone is there today. The computer is a Lenovo e420s and the OS is Windows 7 if that makes any difference. TIA for any help.
