Have you asked at Honda dealers like Honda Auto Center of Bellevue?
They may no longer have S2000 experts on staff, but they can probably recommend someone (closer than Portland).
I lived in Seattle until 2024, and last time I took my AP1 to Honda Auto Center of Bellevue, they made sure to schedule my maintenance on the day that someone who has S2000 experience was working in the bay.

Note that I have always serviced my Honda cars at Honda dealers, and when I do the work myself, I only use Honda OEM parts. I suppose this can be more expensive, but it's worked well for me.

 

There is a Honda Acura shop in Monroe.
you will not regret taking your S2000 there.

I needed a new clutch and I spent a lot of time calling around for S2K expertise and it was difficult to find.
These guys had worked on several S2K's and knew their way around, so I went for it.
They were easy to work with and the cost was fair. It has been a year since the replacement
and I have had no need to take it back for any follow-ups. I would use them again. Good luck
