I got a used 1012 from a buddy and the car it came off of was running Individual MSD coils. I was told they had to move a jumper around for this and was wondering if anyone knew which jumper and where it needs to go to be able to run the stock coils

 

its been a while since i have seen a 1012 but this should be correct. If you take a good pic of the board i can tell you for sure...

look for 5 jumpers, jpign 1 though 4.. simply move the jumper over.

 

Actually, the jumpers are marked "JPC1, JPC2, JPC3 & JPC4"

I took a look and if the wiring harness connector is on the left side JPC1-4 are jumped to the right and jcp5 is jumped to the left

Do I need to move JCP1-4 to the same spot as JCP5 is?

+ signs are the jumpers

JCP1 -++
JCP2 -++
JCP3 -++
JCP4 -++
JCP5 ++-

 

move them to the same spot as jpc5
