Default OBDII Scanning

The past few times I've had my CEL come on, I'd scan my OBDII with flashpro and the code would not come up, but it still reads that there is a DTC. As far as I know, my software is up to date. Can anyone shed light onto why the code isn't coming up?

Better to post in the hondata.com forum directly

Have you hooked into your ECU? There is an error codes window available in your Kmanage software.

I just recently had a CEL light on from forgetting to plug in the intake sensor, I quickly plugged in back in once I noticed. Long story short the CEL remained on but the car was not throwing any code so hondata doesn't pick it up. Might be the same for you that the car isnt currently throwing the code.

That's what I was hoping because the last time I was able to see the code, it had something to do with my thermostat temp being too low (I have a Mishimoto thermostat). It was a cold morning and I didn't afford myself enough time to let my car warm up before going to work. The last two times the CEL and did not see any DTCs, they occurred under the same conditions but by the time I was able to scan my OBDII, I made sure my car was warmed up first.

Cold thermostats do more harm than good, and are more likely to reduce performance while increasing wear.
