the aem ecm allows you to calibrate your speedometer? have you tried that?

What sensor are you using to meter speed? you need to provide more info on the swap.

for my own interest, why did you do this? what is so special about a r33 gearbox?

i use oem nissan speed sensor, honda has 3 exits but nissan has 2,i do this swap because r33 gearbox is much stronger than s2k,i built a f24 motor with 535whp for now,my target is 700whp so the oem gearbox will crack and the r33 gearbox swap is the cheepest solution...

well that is your problem...

how did you connect the nissan sensor to the ems?

you need to figure out how to properly connect the nissan speed sensor. then calibrate the sensor in AEM sensor setup.

luckily aem has a speed sensor preset for the skyline sensor. get the manual for the skyline aem version. that may suggest what pins to use.

the second option is to use the wheel speed sensor as input... that of course wont be accurate if you experience wheel spin.

you also need to calibrate the transmission settings.

The honda sensor is a hall effect, if the nissan one only has two wires chances are its inductive/reluctor type.

You can get little black boxes that provide speed correction for different pulse counts and also the inductive to hall effect conversion.

I use this one as its available locally and cheap on the Honda/Lotus Elise engine conversions I do. There are many other ones available. Hall effect signal output is much more common, and they are not that fussy about the input type.

you'd have to do some jumper swapping in the ems to make a mag sensor work w/the s2000 ems..

you're best bet is to compare the wiring with the respective service manuals then call aem.

I dont think there a need to use any correction / signal processing boxes. aem specifies his sensor in the wizard setup. it should be as simple as looking up what pins the r33 ems uses and using the same ones for the s2k.
