yes, and without a pc.

flashpro can store two calibrations of which one can be your tuned calibration and the other the orginal stock tune. before going into the shop you can switch to the stock tune and they would never know. you can even do this in their parking lot with a push of a button on the flashpro unit - it only takes 90sec to change the program....

also if they ever did make a comment about the ecu - you can always turn the question back on them - play dumb and suggest it must be a factory error and it's their fault

the dealerships also have the ability to reflash the ecu, so you could ask why they were messing in the ecu and what did they do to screw up the program.. at the end of the day they would have no proof unless you tell them....

I have been to the dealership numerous times and I just flash the stock program before I drop it off. Truthfully my car runs much more precisely with my custom program then it ever did on the stock program.

I would definitely flash the Return To Stock calibration before taking it to a dealer.

Yes, it will void the warranty. Follow gernby's advice.

Having the FlashPro will not void the warranty. Just like having a cold air intake will not void your warranty.

However, if you tuned the car to run lean and burned up the pistons or set the rev limiter to 12,000 RPM and bent your valves, then your warranty would be void.

If you set the rev limit too high and threw a piston out of the hood, that's your baby. If your car has a creak in the top, the FlashPro won't matter one bit. If some oddball dealership tells you otherwise, I would talk to his boss first, and then if that still didn't work you can go to the next dealer and get it fixed there instead.

I've never had an issue nor has anyone ever noticed it's not the stock ECU. How would they unless they hit VTEC early by beating on my car while taking it to the back of the lot? And would they admit that?

The "reflash to stock" is not a Honda produced tune, so it is not an exact clone of the factory flash. It's an equivalent tune that I'm sure is so close noone would know the difference. Honda has at least two flashes that are "stock" now, where one is for the O2 sensor update. I don't know if they have bothered to set up a program to detect your flash at this point in time, and since the platform is dead, I'll be a bit surprised if Honda wastes the time. I've never reflashed back to stock for a dealership trip nor have I had any issues.

The "Return ECU to stock" menu option - down to the last bit - returns the ECU to a Honda produced calibration (tune).
