Default 05 Supercharged Haltech PS500

I have a 2005; Haltech PS500 with an OBD2 compliant harness from FullBlown. Question is, what is causing this "hot start" and how do I disable it? It's supercharged now and it seems to only start on a 2 bar engine temp. Anything above that just turns (engine) constantly and the car doesn't start. I filled it up at the gas station (93) which it was tuned on, and left the parking lot to a stop sign. Stopped for a moment and all a sudden the car went to 500rpms and 2 seconds later shut off. I restarted it (engine start) and tried again, put some gas into it and same problem, car shut off. But power steering was still available. It seemed as soon as I gave the car a little throttle it would shut off faster....(when it was at 500rpms).

I'm changing the BOV, hopefully that's the problem? To a TiAL Q {aluminum flange} 8psi (spring); one. The tuner at Innovative said the BOV I had was......well.....a POS (HKS), and wasn't doing any pressure at idle, and asked me to change it soon; so I did. Spark plugs were changed (1 step colder) and yes I had a Walbro 255 pump with 675cc Seimens Dekka injectors.....

Also when WOT at 6K the car in RPMs drops back to 5K. I don't know what the cause of this is but any help on it would be great.....because it's really kicking my OCD up.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I never ran the vortech FMU; I went straight to a Haltech PS500 standalone unit; had it installed/tuned with it and never used any of the vortech black box/FMU or anything.....

As for the Walbro running....I don't really know....I never have had an F/I car before but at around 2Krpms there is a little shaking/cluttering sound.....I don't know if that is install error or normal

Nm I missed that part. Hot starts are a tuning issue. Please email me your cal and I will try and help you fix it.
