Post 07 dbw vortech

alright so, my car was the test car for vortech on a dbw application. i got the car back and it had 290whp . vortech used an aem f/ic and 55lb injectors for the dbw application. of course 3 months later i was looking for more power, so i did some research and ended up at a shop called autowave in huntington( im sure a good few of you have heard of them) they used a stand alone aem with a special harness for the dbw( i was a little worried about reliability and functionality at first but it works way better than a F/IC or vafc), and ran 9lb of boost. My car runs and idles much smoother after i got it tuned from autowave, than the stock vortech(and now i am making 70 more whp, thats 360whp total ). i was very impressed with autowave, shane and mike are top notch. this is the only place i will take my s2k. hopefully ill see some other dbw's boosted soon.

Very cool, just wondering today when a DBW Vortec would be available. Nice numbers for a start, and what kind of torque are you putting down?
Is there any word when this DBW kit might become available to the public?
