Default 1052 software help

Can someone provide a link to where I could get the latest version of the AEM 1052 software for XP. What is the latest version. I went to the AEM site but I am unsure which is the right one.

Thanks in advance.

I think that the last version for the older boxes was V 1.21 . As i understand that version was no better than v 1.19 . I run v 1.19 and it is excellent !

It says to just keep 1.19 since the 1.21 was for a certain AEM box only.

you can use the newer AEMTuner program with the older boxes also.. i prefer AEMTuner because it looks alot better and seems easier to use than Pro. They also stopped updated Pro some time ago, I suggest giving it a try!

I thought there were variances with AEMTuner and the series 1 boxes? Can you confirm that everything stays the same.

I loaded one of my tunes up with AEMTuner before from AEMPro and the VE tables were slightly changed so I just didn't mess with it and stayed with AEMPro.

You can use Tuner on a series 1 unit. The only difference is, the wizards in tuner don't work with 1.19 maps so just create a map in pro with all the appropriate wizards selected, save it as a v1.19 file, then open it up in Tuner. Also, the fuel trim "Fuel vs. Idle RPM" table will say "This table is not available in current calibration." This is because in AEMPro it's called "Fuel Offset vs RPM" but in Tuner it's referenced as "Fuel vs. Idle RPM." This issue has been addressed here on the AEM Forum as they are *supposed* to be making Tuner completely compatible with series 1 units. Tuner's GUI is much better than Pro, I would recommend using it over Pro.
