Default 10psi or 12psi

If you were to upgrade your vortech, which would you go with?

things needed

10psi pulley, belt, 650 injectors

12psi pulley, belt, 650 injectors, 3 bar map

am i forgetting anything?

12 may be pushing it on stock compression.

I think you are forgetting the 750 injectors. Go with the higher boost.

Thats the biggest issue with FI.
If you go to 10psi on stock compression in theory say== 350whp 220tq
if you go to 12psi you need to add a 3mm hg for tuning ability and you go back down in compression even with the higher psi say 330whp 210 tq
So the only way to go from 10 psi without a hg is to go to 14+psi with a thicker one.
I know it may get flamed but its the only way it would make sense to go over the recommended 10psi max on a stock hg.

Mine Hit 332 with 8psi so with 10psi you should get around 375 and 12psi close to 400 right

Its possible at 12psi on a stock HG if the whp increases laterally with the increase in psi.
I would just have to trust my tuner alot to go into that range.

My point is 12psi with a 3mm HG is about the same as 8psi without one.

im running 650cc injectors you could run 750cc as well i suppose..
13.8psi
.060"HG (double stock thickness)
3mm seems kinda think if your just going to 12psi... talk to a few tuners see what they say...
