Default 3.25" asp pulley on CTSC w/AC

I just got the 3.25" pulley from ASP and was wondering if id be safe for the time being. running that at a higher fuel pressure thru the stock injectors or do i need to get an EMS and injectors before i run that pulley on the sc.

its not going to be beneficial unless you get bigger injectors and engine mgt (ems) and some tuning. just curious why you got the 3.25 pulley for an AP1. Wouldn't that max out your map sensor along with other things?

7 psi (4" pulley) is the largest you can go with stock injectors.

The other pulley options are 3.5" or 3.25" which will require atleast 550cc injectors and AEM EMS. Not sure if you can get away with eManage, but results with the AEM EMS are quite consistent and favorable.

Will be a nice set up. Let us know your MAX psi for the 3.25" pulley.

I was wondering how you like your PPG dog box, how streetable it is, and how tough of an install it was.

Thanks.

With a 3.25" Pulley on my Comptech unit I also had the following : AEM EMS, AEM 3.5 Bar Map Sensor, AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator, and RC Engineering 650cc Injectors.

Unfortunately my tune was done on an extremely humid date - therefore we couldn't get quite the numbers we were hoping for. However my tuner said he did see 9.75psi and would be good for another 1 - 1.5psi under cooler conditions. With this and a fuel pressure of 57psi, he told me that I would be at approximately 84% duty cycle. So I'd recommend spending he extra cash and getting a set of 750cc injectors instead!

FF2Skip was able to see 12.8psi on his DEFI Gauge with the same pulley - not sure where it was reading from though.
