570whp mustang dyno on pump gas?
 

Hey all
So I am running a Ptuning gt3582r turbo kit with the ptuning exhaust muffler deleted and a DTA WG. As I was getting tuned my first pull was 553whp@ 19lbs. I was boost creeping like crazy. While looking at the AFR I noticed once it started to creep my AFR spiked to 14.6 obviously. I did notice that there was 0 knock voltage. Tuner made some adjustments to fatten it up top so we ran again. This time put down 569whp@ 20lbs. Keep in mind this is still 11.0:1 stock internals. Still 0 knock voltage but AFR was down to 14.2. The tuner showed me that my 1000cc injectors were at 85% duty cycle and this is just too much power for my walbro 255. So basically 1 boost needs to get under control, 2 it seems as though these motors can take a bunch of boost on pump gas. Later that week I put the 2.25 disk in to try and get it under control. It suppressed the spike a little longer but it still happened a little later in the rpm band. In conclusion I need a Bosch 044 pump, and some FIC 2150 injectors I think that may solve my fuel starvation issue.

22psi will net you 600whp its been done 3 years ago on a stock engine :D A 340 rewired fuel pump id1000 injectors should get you there .

Remember as the boost goes up then your fuel pressure goes up putting a lot of pressure on your pump 18psi on a stock fpr is about 61psi fuel pressure.

The 340 pump gives you 800 hp of fuel at 50 psi fuel pressure ,if your base pressure is 70 psi your loosing 100 hp of fuel Lee.

I have never Hurd of these numbers on a stock block pump gas car on a mustang dyno that would put you over 620on a dyno jet

Yeah I hear that ^ I stopped at 500-515 I'm going to e85 cause I'm sketched out as it is

Ya I'm going for 750 on e85 2000cc injector twin 340 pumps and -8 fees -6 return but I only want 450 or so on pump on dyno jet for dayly
