Yes just shocked it was pushed that far is all
Yes we did realize it leaned out but we didn't have any knock or any sign of bad things happening. I think it can take it, just needs more fuel. Maybe fuel is more stable out here I'm not sure. All I know is that the engine wants more fuel
This doesn't make sense to me. How do you go from 467whp @ 15 psi to 569whp @ 20lbs. 100hp with 5psi? That's crazy efficient and on pump gas, but yea fix the boost creep and get the afr to 11.3 then I think it will be back to normal numbers. Do you have a aem fpr did the tuner try raise the fuel pressure?
Because the timing was to safe, when i had a stupid safe tune at 12psi,we put the boost up to 18psi without needing to touch the timing. One degrees on my mates 400whp sc lost him 30 hp.
Ps raising the fuel pressure puts to much pressure on the pump causing it to not do its job Realstreet did a fuel pump test go google it mate :-)

Ya I'm doing a lot of looking into the Bosch 044 and some 2000cc inj. I am still running a stock FPR. Not only was that gain from 5 more psi but also a much better tuner. I kinda want to see what the very limit is for pump gas. But like I said really need to get boost under control first
An inline 044 will go a long way.
Personally though, Id run the in tank walbro 400. Just my personal preference. |
I have considered it but I have a roll cage lol. So without having to be said its a pain in the ass enough without the cage, it's even more with. Another thing my redline is 10500 so boost must get under control so I can take it there
