Does this crowd (turbo - s/c s2k) get into the 60-130's numbers? I came from the bmw and porsche world where 60-130s are just as highly accredited as 1/4 and 1/2 mile times. Curious who here has some times to post up.

For those that dont know, its measured using a VBOX which measure data via GPS. The interface they provide is nto very user friendly and a guy I know created his own site to collect and disseminate the data in easy to use formats. ( www.vboxtools.com - Can also calculate DJ HP from logs)

For best times, you should be in the highest gear possible that still lets you accelerate as hard as possible before and through 60mph, up to 130. For it to be a "valid" run, it must be on less than 3% slope.

I started with 7.2 when I just got the car and played around with it. Also the same time it was having seizures at WOT



During the drag runs I got some good logs of these as well. back-back 6.2's. I think with a hard launch and more boost in 1-2nd gear, and a tad cooler weather, we could get the car into the high 5's

I go 0-197 in 6.9 seconds

0-159 in 4.4 seconds

Well if you would have leaked you were selling the car 4 weeks earlier, Id be going that fast too

 

Carey's F22c powered pro mod runs 6.9 at near 200 mph in the 1/4. That same motor in the S went something like 7.4 at 175.
