bummer. well 650whp will not be hit on pump gas even with 3mm hg.

race gas plus stock hg you will hit 650. otherwise, 500 on pump is about limit unless your up for meth injection.

Problem with running e85 is there are no stations around where I live (Texas) so I am running an aem meth kit to make up for using 93. My tuner said we could hit 650 but it won't be as reliable.

A little more on my car I am running a 6262 precision turbo, tail 44mm wastgate, custom front mount manifold with a crazy exhaust set up. Running a cut out that dumps out the fender, Or out the back full exhaust. Also have id 1000, will need to change to 2000 if I go e85. Aem fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator. Arenotive stealth fuel pump. Aem stand alone. Act clutch. Valve springs and retainers from supertech.

Now that the head is off should I do valves?

I am doing all the work myself, except the custom manifold and down pipe i hed jotech maje for me. Being I don't know how to weld I do have full access to the shop I work for, thanks to Nissan

Funny. I live in Texas (DFW) and we do have access to e85. Why jotech? I would choose T1 or CTP first.

I'm also around 30k on the 3mm with arp studs. Just make sure you properly torque them (Iforgot the exact specs but it's around 85 with their lube). No issues so far. You get a lot more power with a lot less boost with out it, but this was my first turbo and I'd rather blow the gasket then break something expensive. Next upgrade is most likely going to be E85 and back to stock hg though. It's up to you. Seems like most people are not as luckly as me and 03supers2k.

Stock head gasket. I have just bought the L19 headstuds by Full Blown and some Ferrea Competition Plus valves to go with my Supertech/Bisimoto Turbo springs and retainers. Should give a nice strong top end seal.

Stock, I blew two f@#king 3mm Headgaskest, both had less then 2000 miles on them when they blew. I made 30 more RWHP with the 3mm, but I was pushing 23lbs. I now make 550 @ 16lbs with stock CR. 610 on Q16
