Hi can anyone help me out with aem fuel regulator. My setup is 450 walbro pump with 8an feed and 6an return. Boosting 16-18psi, which orifice size should i use.The aem regulator comes with the .100 .150 and .200.
I was thinking of using the middle .150....

my tuner use the .100 on mine. I have try the .200 and controlling fuel pressure was all over the place. Could get it stables. Mine started leaking after a couple hundred miles. I have ditched the aem fpr and went with the Aeromotive a1000 fpr. So much better than my aem. I did have to do custom lines.

id1000, 14psi, aem 320 e85 pump. Base fuel pressure is at 70psi right now and the car made 500hp and 316tq @ 14lbs on a dynojet.

Your welcome. You can install the .200. If you have a fuel pressure gauge. Play with the adjustment and see how small of a pressure adjustment you can make. Mine would jump like 10psi all over.
