Here's the cable I took and cut the Digital Cable End and wired a UEGO/EMS side

So just order this from AEM:
1x – 3-1201-12 (EMS-side connector)


6x – 3-1000-S (pins, may wish to order spares)
I would order 12 Pins, they are cheap.
