I have an ap2 v2 and want to upgrade fuel pump for future SC. My question is the Aero 340 pump reliable? I want to keep the fuel system stock. I heard great stuff about walbro 255.
Can someone clamp in and share there experience with aero..

I am still running strong almost 3 years 20k miles. you need to run an areomotive or aem fpr as the stock unit doesn't get the pressure down enough. at idle I have 25psi and 50-55psi at full boost I run down to 2 bars on fuel some what regular as well I have a diy in my sig

 

I'm running the Aeromotoive 340 fuel pump. I think it's more reliable and quieter than the Walboro.

 

agreed I think most problems are caused by excessive pressure if your base it 40 psi in vacuum then you will see 60-70 psi on top and the volume just isn't there at that psi. I ran my pressure down till we had trouble with idle on id1000's then bumped it by 5 psi at 12psi 360whp 240tq I am only at 44% duty cycle so that tells me a lot. this is just my own 2 cents on my own car.
