Thats what i figured but it just seemed much cooler than it usually does.On the vortech cooler theres a cap that allows you to check coolant level, the comptech is a little different. is there any maitience i should do to make sure the aftercooler is full and working well? thanks

this is an afterCOOLER.

your blower gets superhot as it blows compressed air through your throttlebody and into your intake manifold.

if your aftercooler is cold, the air going through gets cooler. if your aftercooler is as hot as your blower, its not really doing its job now is it?

you know that its working when there's a disparity in temperature between the blower and the AC. if both are too hot to touch, then your AC isnt working.

to sum it up: the cooler your AC is = the better

and i might add... my aftercooler sometimes feels like its been sitting in the fridge for a day after a drive in mild weather (~15deg C)

Unbolt the filler bolt on the CT AC to check for fluid level. The level should be below the threads.
