Default Aftermarket DBW Throttle Body

Well a few days after getting tuned I pulled my aftercooler off the TB and noticed that my pretty SOS TB was crushed when the T-bolt clamps were installed. Are there any Aftermarket DBW TB's for us 2006+ guys? I know the 2009+ 80mm TL TB will fit with a P2R adapter but are there any more?

Not yet...after seeing that I was like I'm done for the night. I wouldn't have been upset if I did it but I didn't.

Just fyi, the DBW stock bore is 68mm outer and 64mm inner, bigger then 00-05. SOS is virtually the same at 70mm/64mm which is the updated size, it use to be 68mm/64mm depending on if you got yours within the last two years or so. The SOS TB makes sense as an upgrade for the 00-05 s2k, since we have a smaller stock TB size of 64mm/62.5mm. Your better off spending your money somewhere else where you will make gains. Get the 80mm TB if you can make it work.

tbolt destruction!

i still havent even checked how big mine is. the TB on my car i think is from a ap1. anyone know if ap1 tb is different from ap2 tb?

as for you, see if you can find a stock replacement, or call sos and see how much to get it repaired. tbolt clamps dont need to be he-man tight!

Yeah it does suck but what are you going to do. Well I'm going to contact P2R tonight and see if they still make one for the DBW S2000 guys.
