Default Aftermarket Pistons and Rods.

Hi guys, I'm still kind of new to the F20C engine and dont know too much about it. I'm sure people ask these questions all the time, but I just have to ask. I was planning to go turbo, and started looking for pistons and rods. I am only planning to run maybe 7lbs to 12lbs of boost max and keep everything stock except for the pistons and rods. I started looking around for pistons and rods on ebay, and the only rods I can find are "Brian Crower" rods. Are they any good? They just sound like a imitation brand.
I also wanted to know if the Stock F20C Rods were able to handle the boost that I am planning to run?
Last two questions are just for opinions... CP, JE, or Wiesco pistons? What would be the best compression ratio I should run? 8.5, 9.0 or 9.6?
Thanks.

your stock pistons and rods will handle that amount of boost easily... and form what i have been told is that if you use a diff piston othe than stock you must resleve your block... im not sure why that is but its what ive been told ... anyway back to your question like i said the s2000 has forged internals and there are numerous members pushin 400-500 whp on their stock internals. one member is actually pushing out 700 whp on stock motor.. the only thing youll want to do is get a 3mm headgasket to lower your compression right around 9:1. hope this helped

the stock sleeves are made of special material, you can not use a tradition piston & rings, but there is a option for replacement pistons, rings & rods,

Forget the pistons n rods, you dont even need a 3mm headgasket for that power level. Kutsujula is making 700hp plus on a stock motor!!!!

the motor is fine, no need to touch it when your power needs are around 7-12psi, which will get you around give or take 290-380whp. Only thing you need and the key to a great running car is fine tuning and management programe (AEM EMS, K-pro).
