+1 Why do you hate it? I have the mishimoto radiator, fan shroud, Mugen fan switch and mugen thermostat and I run 8 psi on a Turbonetics T4/T60 trim custom turbo kit with a log manifold and it works great and never overheats or gets near overheating. I really push that car and rev it to 8900 rpms alot and it works great as it is now, no issues at all. Now granted I wired the BOTH of the fans that came with the mishimoto fan shroud to turn on at the same time instead of just one and when the a/c is turned on it works perfectly and still stays cool with no issues at all.

I don't like the quality. my first one blew three holes in the welds within the first two months (two minor ones and finally a giant hole in the lower radiator hose neck) It wouldn't leak when static but would spray out when hot and under pressure. if I didn't catch it when I did it would have damaged my motor. the mount locations for the fan shroud did not line up with the factory fans and they didn't line up with the mishimoto fan shroud either. I will give it to mishimoto for their customer service- they have amazing customer service. I contacted them and they sent me a new one, I only had to pay half of the shipping cost. they fixed the mount location on the second one but the one they sent was during the faulty cap period so it wouldn't allow pressure to build in the system so it overheated pretty quick. I put the cap from the old one on and it sprayed coolant past the cap and onto the radiator. So I purchased a spoon radiator cap and that solved that problem. It does have an issue of constantly smelling like coolant though- even though there is no leak (i pressure tested it and have been driving around with the new one for almost a year with no fluid loss) but I have no trust in it that it will perform under constant abuse so I am swapping it out in favor of a koyo.

Well sorry you had that issue that sucks ass. I've had mine on my S for a year now and been boosted the whole time and I've had no issues so far, but I will keep an eye out for that issue in the future just in case.

I had the same problem with the coolant smell with my Koyo. I didn't have a temp gauge but on the AP1 cluster I hardly ever went to 3 bars with the Koyo, even under hard driving. The thing is pretty damn thick though.

Funny, I have the stock radiator, stock fans, stock fan switch, stock thermostat running 15 psi on a sidewinder, and never overheated or got near overheating in 100+ Texas summer

That's completely different than running it hard at the track for 20-25 minutes straight.
