Default Air pump relocation?

I am in the process of installing my turbo kit. Pretty much have everything done just have to plumb it now. I noticed that the air pump in the front left part of the bumper is in the way for the charge pipes. Did you guys just remove it or did you relocate it?

My problem is that I am running an emanage so I dont believe I can just remove it without throwing a code...which I dont want to do. Any suggestions on what to do with it or if I even need it at all. I am assuming that I will probobly have to relocate it.

Thanks
Martin

you can't throw a code if the factory ECU is no longer in the car

you can go around it, i chose to remove mine but later figured out with a couple tricky little bends you can clear it pretty easily. check out the ultimate racing kit piping

Basically your options are:

1. Get rid of it and have a CEL
2. Get rid of it and get a ems and not have a CEL.
3. Keep it and relocate it
4. Keep it and relocate your piping

I had mine removed from the car also, but I had an EMS. I actually just put mine back in yesterday so its fresh in my head. To relocate it wouldn't be too much of a hassle since all you would have to do it fab up a bracket for it to sit on, clip off the harness and extend the two wires, and then either lengthen or shorten the two hoses that are going to it.
