Neither my current, nor my previous brackets (former build) had any fitment issues whatsoever.

Due to the varying length of hose installed by Honda, sometimes you have to slide the heater hose a little ways down on the aluminum pipe to get the holes to line up. Let me know if this helps.

This sounds like it would be my problem. I will try this and post back.
