Default AP1 Kraftwerks Pulley size

I am in the process of installing the old (C30 mounted on the side of the block) Kraftwerks SC kit on my AP1. I am just wondering what the correct pulley size is? Ive done some searching and come up with 110mm, but I just wanted to be sure.

The kit that I purchased was the ap2 high boost and came with a 100mm and a 120mm pulley. I just want to get decent hp without overspinning the supercharger.

Thanks for any help!

Rotrex Technical Handbook

1) Download the above .pdf

2) Go to page 10 and identify the max impeller rpm of your specific blower, c30-64, c30-74, which ever one you have.

3) Go to page 12 and look at pulley size calculation at bottom of page.

4) impeller rpm = 9000 x crank pulley diameter[what you have on your car] x 1.949[c30 drive ratio]

5) Take ending number from the above equation and divide by 110 or 120 <- supercharger pulley diameter

6) Which ever one keeps you under max impeller rpm is the one to use.

7) Profit!

The standard pulley size for AP1 on the first Kraftwerks kit is 110mm.

Thanks guys. Ill be ordering a 110mm pulley.

I found a lot of useful information in that manual, including the updated dipstick measurements. I would have never known.
