Default AP1 Turbo Re-build

Okay, well I recently bought a S2000 about a week ago. I want to go through a rebuild because I'm not 100% happy with some aspects of the car.
Its a 2001 with a sleeved block, forged pistons and rods, titanium springs and retainers. Running a GT3076R turbo, Greddy Front mount intercooler, 720cc injectors, and some make shift full 3 inch exhaust, stock turbo manifold. I have other mods, but I feel those I don't have to question on whether or not I should replace them (ex: AEM EMS, BOV, etc etc.)

I want to know if I should be concerned about replacing any of the above parts. I am aiming for about 400whp, so nothing too outrageous. What is the best-price and performance wise- exhaust available for turbo set up?

Also, I have what I believe is a charge pipe or just an intercooler pipe going straight into my throttle body; I have no maf sensor. I don't know much about the build, so is it likely that the maf was relocated or is it really running with no maf?

The car runs fine, there's some un-steadiness in the idle by about 500-700 rpm. Power seems to be all there.

I've also noticed there are a few vacuum lines that are not connected to anything, lol. Is this common for a turbo set up as well?
A big concern is the maf, but then again i don't know much or anything at all about NA cars that become turboed. On my way to learning though.
Any help is much appreciated. I don't really want to drive the car until I can get a re-tune.

Edit: Okay obviously the fact that I don't have anything connected to the MAF sensor on my throttle body is an issue. My intercooler/charge pipe doesn't have a port and I can't really see any wire that would go there. Hmm, what to do, what to do, any suggestions?

Yeah I did have an Evo at some point, haha. Oh, okay well the technicians at Honda were telling me the maf sensor on the throttle body isn't connected to anything, which whatever sensor that is-is not. What I meant was it idles at 1k and will sometimes rev up to 1.5 and back down to 1k. Damn I cant remember what kind, I'll have to check.

LMAO DFW, I was thinking the EXACT same thing when I was reading through it, I would never ever ever buy a "built block" car unless they had pictures of the build and a receipt for the motor, even then I would be a bit skeptical

What they refer to is a MAP sensor that is near the Throttle Body. If it doesn't have anything connected to it is bc's probably you have an aftermarket MAP connected somewhere else. What computer or piggy back the car has?

Any makeshift 3" single exhaust will be the best price and performance; and as long as it wasn't designed and welded by a 5-yr old kitten, then you should be good on flow.
