First thing you need to figure out is what turbo manifold you're running. Take pics and we'll help.

Eh, you definitely right. I didn't do much research or questioning at all. It was my boss' cousin's car. Which doesn't make it any more reason for me to not have to be cautious but oh well, what's done is done. Yes, for that I am an idiot.
Oh the flow from the exhaust seems good, just doesn't come out far enough and the previous owner did a shit job trying to dremel out some of the bumper to go around the exhaust.
The car is running an AEM EMS.
I'll take pictures as soon as I get there.
Thanks.

btw, his car has been sitting for 8 months. like torque said, take some pictures. snap some of the engine bay, throttle body (so we can see this maf), stock turbo manifold, and out of curiousity the rear bumper too. i wanna see how bad this guy fudged it up.

1.looks like some sort of ebay kit. manifold is cast. not an inlinepro.
2.i would do something about that vent on the valve cover thats wide open.
3.car was red but painted black. what was the reason for that?
4.looks like rc injectors?
5.looks like your oil filter is relocated somewhere up front near the radiator?
6.is the charge pipe obstructing that coolant hose on the hot side?
7.you have a stock denso(?) map sensor on the top of your throttle body disconnected, however, it looks like you have some sort of aftermarket sensor rigged in there in questionable way.

where is your general location? i would find a local tuner to give this a good look around. in particular someone who has experience with s2000's. i might even go as far as to tell him to put an omni/aem/etc map in there and then tune the damn thing. you'll spend a couple hundred bucks on all that but damn man, this car needs attention.

That is an Ultimate Racing turbo kit. If its 100% original, those are not RC injectors and you have an Emanage ECU. You have a 60-1 with an .82 exhaust housing and either a 2.5 or 3.0 downpipe. The heater lines go to the oil relocator kit that is near the passenger side of the bottom of the bumper. The manifold is a welded log and thats a 38mm Tial wastegate. The vacuum lines by the fuel rail aren't used if you no longer have emissions system. The car wouldn't idle normally if you had a vacuum leak.
