Default Apexi Turbo Timer is suddenly out of service

Hi All:

I need help. In the last few months, my turbo timer was working fine. Every time I turn off the key, the timer counted down from 20 seconds to Zero. Basically, it worked as expected.

Last month, after I drove about 400 miles on the trips, the timer did not count it backward again. I tried to check the programming (tweaking the button to the right), but it did not go to the programming mode. The screen showed 20, which is the base of the manual programming that I had before. The up/down button is functioning normal (A/F, 0S2 sensor, Battery, etc), except none of these allowed me into the programming mode.

My questions are:
1. Is there any reset button on this device?
2. If I unplugged the battery, will the system reset automatically?
3. Any comments/ suggestions to help?

By the way, the brand is Apexi Timer Silver.

Thanks,
Sunhita
