8months.

You are in CA, he's in AZ.

Pay him a personal (doesn't mean getting physical) visit, get it straightened out if phone calls and emails aren't working.

ok, then i take back him owning a ferrari, but i wanna say something that is becoming alarmingly apparent.

you are defending him way to much. WAY TO MUCH. if his customer service is tanking this hard, you should not be the one giving excuses as to why, or telling us what he owns, or telling us personal info about him.

its not helping.

the OP is sharing his experience wiht the vendor, and its needed so that future purchasers can see both the good and bad about a vendor.

i know how you feel, i support the vendors i have worked with over the years, and in some way promote them becuase i got great service. but if they started to do shitty work, i wouldnt look like a super fan boi trying to defend there actions. i would reiterate the great service i got and offer my own way of solving the problem.

telling us he gets 7500 dollar birthday presents does not help at all. yeah unless he has a hookup with a rental place, those cars are about 2500 a day plus mileage.

again, nice to see what the deposits are being used for. unless his girlfriend makes mad cheddar.

/rant

it should never take this long to get a turbo kit built, packaged, and shipped.
I understand, im not trying to be a "super fan boi' but I do have a friendship with the owner of the company, and there is nothing I can do to make Pierre's situation any less frustrating, has he been waiting longer than it should take to recieve a turbo kit, yes he has.... but it doesnt mean that PB wont come thru and make him happy

I see your frustration, I really do, I have been in a similar situation with other venders in the past and I know how it feels to have to wait and wait and hope your PAID product finally gets to you, but they did and in the long run I was happy, and I hope the same thing happens in this situation......

and the Ferrari was a rental gift from his GF's employer who owns the Ferrari, so not one penny of "deposits" went into that car

i will now bow out of this thread, good luck Pierre!

That really sucks!
You frigging work hard for your money, especially with the economic situation these days, then some unscrupulous person basically decides to take your money and not give a damn.

Seems this is becoming all too common. Whatever happened to honest business practices?

Unfortunately your bad experience will serve as one more warning to us, the consumers: Always use your credit card, and if your order is not fulfilled within 45 days, contact your credit card company and get your money back.

I say you put the word out about this awful experience make a thread on every website he vendors and makes parts for (evolutionm.net,Ht,clubrsx,etc.) let other potential customers know this might happen to them and warn them about this terrible customer service. I'm sorry but 7 months is a long time I hope this gets resolved but even if it was resolved I still wouldn't be happy after all this time...
