Ya I was way to nice with this POS and I was beinge extremly patient. He still owes me $900 for a turbo refund, some random lines and fittings, bov, and wastegate. I have familly in phonix and am seriously contimplating flying down for a little "vacation". I am going to have a free week overlap from starting a new job. Im really pissed off and kinda feel like im stuck with my thumb up my ass???

KINGS PERFORMANCE FTW!!! I was talking to Fernando way before I ordered my peakboost stuff like 6 or 7 months ago and I got impatient and went cheap and went with peakboost. Well lesson learned lol. Cant wait to start my build over bigger and better using KINGS PERFORMANCE V2 sidewinder setup. : )

Yeah...where the participants get $100 apiece and the lawyers get a million. That's assuming his LLC actually has assets to sue from after the secured creditors get their portion.

I hope some of you aren't serious about going to his house. Not a good idea for all sorts of reasons if you want to stay out of jail or alive. Those types of confrontations don't usually end well...why we see people getting shot or killed over parking spots. I'd get the authorities involved instead if you can.

Only two local shops here in Phx i would buy a turbo kit from are AFI Turbo or Full Race.

 

Peakboost used too be a good name... idk what happened id def say they were on par with afi but under full race then out of nowhere this shit....

Just in case anyone was wondering Peak Boost LLC has not filed for bankruptcy, however Kenneth Peak the business owner filed for chapter 13 on June 21st. Since Peak Boost is a LLC it is separate from Kenneth Peak the individual. Filing for chapter 13 does not erase his personal debt or any debt from Peak Boost LLC. Since I contacted the District of Arizona Bankruptcy Court I spoke with someone on his case and specifically with all the details. The trustee of his case will be calling me back to discuss the debt owed to me from Peak Boost LLC and how I can attempt to receive that. Basically since Peak Boost didnt file for bankruptcy the money we spent there is owed to us in full from Peak Boost and not from Kenneth Peak. While filling for chapter 13 automatically stop collections against Kenneth Peak from creditors it will not protect him from collections if there is a law suite filed against him individually for fraud. As far as getting money back from the company since Peak Boost is closed but not bankrupt I am still getting information and making calls. My bank claim is still in the dispute process and hopefully I will get my money back that way but I am just giving myself more options in case the bank claim doesnt work.

Well, those who got scammed should at least take him to small claims - I believe less than $5k is what you file for.

Using the County Assessor's website you can get his address and serve him with court papers.

His house is worth $125,000 - put a lien and that lowlife's property! But, yeah that wouldn't be easy for people in other states who have to work for a living.
