baZurk's boost build
Yea that fan was pushing hot engine bay air through the radiator to the front air dam where it was getting pulled back trough by the other fan.
I'm glad that most of the issues have been ironed out and the car is running pretty reliably. I was so happy to take it on such a long trip and still have the confidence to beat on it a little during the trip

Lol, I both love and hate it when the resolution to a problem is something so simple and stupid (no offense, lol). You feel like an idiot for missing it for so long, but you're still so relieved to have it fixed. I struggled for HOURS dealing with a fluctuating idle after cleaning my idle control valve just to realize that I had left the damn electrical plug for the ICV unplugged after cleaning it.
Missed you guys by one week at Myrtle; thought I was going to be down there but plans changed and we had to go the week before. I thought that was your car in the event pictures I've seen so far, lol.

So I drove the car all the way to Myrtle Beach and back. While I was down there, I noticed my driver side fan was spinning in the wrong direction -_______-
I looked at both of them about a dozen times and it took me driving 500 miles to notice it was wrong. I fixed the fan while I was down there and I drove all the way back home in 90F temps and the coolant temp stayed at about 190 pretty much the entire time. I'm blown away at how much of a moron I am
but I'm glad my car doesn't overheat constantly anymore.
Other than the fan thing, my car ran perfect the whole time. In all it was about 1,200 miles in one week. I drove pretty easy down in back but while in SC I drove it pretty hard.
