I think you have to drill the mointing holes in the knuckle to accept a larger bolt. You also need to bend, trim, or remove your heat shield to fit the larger caliper and the taller rotor. I dont quite know the difference in hat heights of the rotors, but I remember the tl rotors being ~10mm taller, which means they will mount 10mm closer to the heatshield, ball joints, steering arm, etc. The guy selling that kit says you can use factory sized s2000 rotors but I'm skeptical.
