best 1000cc injector?
I am pretty much going over everything on my car this winter. I am in the middle of a clutch swap and will be upgrading the fuel rail (IP) and will be going to bigger injectors aswell. I need to get some info on a good 1000cc injector and a good injector driver. Thanks for any advice you may have.
The bosch saturated 1000cc injectors are hands down THE BEST injectors for street cars. They dont require a resistor box, or injector driver inline. They are plug and play for s2000s as well, just need to change the injector clips. I have tuned 2 cars with them to date. They can idle in the 15-16:1 air/fuel range at idle with no lean misfiring, and can run partial throttle smoothly in the 16:1 range for economy. There is nothing else that compares to them on the market currently. They also work really well at high fuel pressures. With 60-70 psi base fuel pressures, they can flow 1200-1300 cc/min range. Just need a good fuel pump set-up to keep fuel pressure up that high (bosch 044 inline is the best choice).

I have read some posts about these not having a fuel return line, and that 400whp on gas, would be a limit for what the system can handle.
My intended flow will be higher than "gas 400whp" as im trying for 350whp + on e85.
On the 2005 s2k I had, a walbro 255 was enough for 325whp (e85), but the siemens injectors were the limit. Had to take down the tune from 350whp.
When you say bosch 044 inline, is this inline with a walbro or the stock pump or something else? Are there any other alternatives that lets you install a drop in replacement like the walbro with more capacity? (I am just thinking that one pump screaming is better than two)
The injectors seem to be a safe bet from all I have read so far, so these I'm not worried about anymore. Clearly an alternative for my application.
Best regards
