Default Best rebuild turbo set up?

Currently running the ultimate racing turbo kit with a GT30R. Will admit that I bought the car already turboed.
Running an AEM v1. Walbro 255. 7xx CC injectors. Aiming for a max of 400whp and daily drivability, what would be the essentials for me to get? Tried researching some turbo set ups, but couldn't get any specific information. I also have a Apexi AVC-R but I doubt it's installed correctly because it only reads boost pressure and not everything else it's supposed to. No gauges are installed so I'm guessing that'd be a start. I'm typically a noob with n/a to turbo set ups.
Also would thicker head gaskets be better? If I had to do a full rebuild for all around better reliability what would be recommended? Sloppy topic, sorry I'm at work.
I do have a tune, confirmed it with a well known tuner here in Hawaii but it is several years old.
Thanks for any help given.

The 30R is plenty strong enough to get you well past 400whp. First step is to find out what power you're making now. If you're close, up the boost, re-tune and be happy. If not, buy a different manifold that is more efficient so you can make more power with less boost. No need for a head gasket at that power level if your setup is good.

What's a good boost controller? Probably would, it's pretty complicated and not even correctly installed.

Just buy a mac boost solenoid and have your tuner set everything up in ems

keep your injectors get boost solenoid get a base dyno pull go from there
