From what I've read here, the choices seem to be:

- GT3071R if you want 425whp and instant spool with tons of low end for daily driving.
- GTX3071R if you want 475whp and instant spool with tons of low end for daily driving.
- GT3076R if you want 500whp and fast spool with good low end.
- GTX3076R if you want 550whp and fast spool with good low end.
- GT35 if you're trying to outrun a ZR1.
- GT40 if you're trying to outrun a Veyron.

For your goals, I'd agree that the GT3076R with .82 hotside is a great fit. For comparison, on a Pfab log GT3076R's seem to deliver 420-430whp. On an ELT they can hit 500whp, which should give you the top end you're looking for.

If you are OK spending a bit more, the GTX3071R would get you a slightly faster spool and more low end than the GT3076R while keeping the top end.

hey it depends what the power range is? because 60-1 is good for 550 i think its the same size as a gt3076r, its pretty much a gt3076r, but journal bearing version, so you spool is about 500 rpm slower, but your turbo is easyily rebuildable and ball bearing are not, so just use that one until it takes a shit,or max it out if you want, should run just fine. I when my turbo goes out 60-1 is what im gonna get.

Your power goal and fuel type are the two main factors. You really need to have those figured out before deciding on a turbo.

If you have the budget, I would go with a Borg Warner EFR. Theyre not for everyone though, but they sure are nice.

I thinking about getting a 60-1 with a .82

Every time I raced I would jump out like instant 2 cars and then lack topend with the .63

This isnt for racing but I want better topend I might try the 60-1 with the .82 hotside or a 6262
